Condolences

Condolence From: Aron Alexander Jordan
Condolence: My Aunt Doris will always be near and dear to my heart. One of my Grandma's 5 sisters and 2 brothers, she was always full of energy! As a young girl, I remember her doting on me... telling me I looked like an Old Hollywood Starlet, sending me yearly birthday cards and gifts, and sharing with me her travels all over the world. As an adult, she shared in the excitement of my wedding and my unborn child (I only wish they could have met). Right before her 90th birthday, Aunt Doris came to live in a community where I work as Executive Director and I feel so blessed that I was able to spend time with her each and every day. I know that she is watching over us today and hopefully on a Hawaiian-like beach in Heaven. I love you Auntie.

Condolence: Helen Keller said: Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see a shadow.” I believe she was telling us to live our life's to the fullest and never look back.

Doris had prim exterior but was very beautiful, lively and carried an infectious smile around with her everday. This was the woman I got to know. She is missed dearly.
